Friday, December 3rd- 6 p.m.

Indoor V.I.P. parking can be dropped off. Your vehicle will be stored in an indoor spot or placed in location for the show.

Saturday, December 4^th –

6 a.m. –   Vendor setup opens.

8 a.m. – Indoor V.I.P. parking opens up. All V.I.P. parking needs to be placed by 9:30 a.m.

10 a.m. Registration and show opens.

11 a.m. – 3X point stereo competition starts.

12 p.m.  to 1 p.m.- Go Kart Contest ** See Below For More Info

1 p.m. to 2 p.m. – Bowling Contest ** See Below For More Info

2 p.m. to 3 p.m. – Pinball Contest ** See Below For More Info

3 p.m.- Burnout Contest ******* Canceled due to unforeseen circumstances ***********

4 p.m. – Judging Closed

4 p.m. – All Scavenger Hunt Forms need to be turned into the event shirt booth.

5 p.m. – Raffles and awards start inside in the American Classics Room

6 p.m. – Afterparty starts in the American Classics Building following the awards.

11 p.m. – After-party closes.

12 a.m. – All V.I.P. vehicles need to be out of the building.

**Here is some information that you need to know about the contests….
1- The Fastest go Kart Time-
You will have to let them know that you are entering the contest so they can keep up with your time.
You will have to get one of their Dezerland cards to play because they are a cashless system for the games. This card will also work with the pinball contest. The cost for the Go Karts is $22.50 plus a head sock. HOWEVER, they will be offering a BOGO to keep the cost down for you guys.
Make sure that you are there about 30 minutes before the start time to get signed up and everything squared away.

2- Bowling contest- We will rent the lanes for you to bowl 1 game. The highest score will win an award. You will have to still rent bowling shoes.

3- The pinball contest- You will need to get a player’s card as the same in the Go Kart contest. We will have someone there for that hour to record your scores.
